Deposit Policy

MAXUM fitness takes deposits to enable our highly motivated customers to secure the equipment they want before it’s in stock. Deposits are accepted on products that are in transit with an expected arrival date.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure your order and will range from 15% to 100% depending on the product and the preorder.

Making a Deposit

Products available to reserve with a deposit will show as in stock on product listing pages. The product page will display the deposit price to secure your order. It will also display a date when it’s expected to be available. To make a deposit simply click on the ADD TO CART button and check out.

Availability Date

The availability date is the expected date of when the produce will available. MAXUM fitness makes no promise about this date as unforeseen shipping delays can occur.

Cancelling Deposits

Deposits can be cancelled at any time for a refund of your deposit less the 2.9% credit card transaction fee. To cancel your deposit, simply contact us by replying back to your your order email.

Balance Payment

The balance is due when the reserved item has arrived and is ready for delivery. Notification emails will be sent out to those who reserved with a deposit with instructions on how to make the payment.
