    Really good j hook
    Really good j hook. What is good about these j hooks is it has thick rubber padding ontop of the metal so when the barbell is put on it, it's quieter....More
    Really good j hook. What is good about these j hooks is it has thick rubber padding ontop of the metal so when the barbell is put on it, it's quieter. Also, it's good the curve goes higher at the ends of them, so that the barbell can sit deeper when on the j hook so it's more secure in there.
