Orders & Shipping

Yes! We offer delivery on all our equipment across the Canada. In many cases, shipping is free on orders over $500 (some exceptions apply). Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and our support team is happy to help with any questions.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of equipment purchased. Orders are typically processed within 2 – 5 business days, while transit times can vary from 5 – 7 business days. Upon processing, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Processing and transit times are estimates only.

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its progress to your door.

Exchanges & Returns

If you need to return a product or have a question about an existing order, please contact us and include your order number or the email address you used at checkout. This helps us assist you as quickly as possible.

 

To request a First Nations tax exemption, please upload a photo of your valid status card along with a document showing your name and shipping address. Once received, our team will verify the information and adjust your order accordingly.

  • Your delivery postal code and city

Yes. All MAXUM Fitness products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty length and terms vary by product—check the product page for specific details.

 

Setup & Assembly

Most items ship partially assembled and require some setup. Instructions and basic tools are included. If you need help, our team is available to guide you through it.

We don’t currently offer in-home setup, but our machines are designed for easy assembly. Many customers complete the setup in under an hour.

Yes! We offer bulk pricing and custom quotes for gyms, personal trainers, and corporate fitness spaces. Contact us for more details.
