Terrible customer service - although they have designed some great equipment, the service regarding purchasing additional equipment or parts has been dismal. After 1 year of owning Maxum equipment, I truly wish I had purchased elsewhere. Flooring sent in the wrong color and then they advised me that it’s their “suppliers” fault. Handles that break after only a couple uses….and the worst part is they make it seem like this is all my fault. Do your research before getting involved with this company.

I love this place, my wife and I picked up the SX2 floor model and snodes with rack. All the employees are great and very helpful. Will purchase from here again !

I cant say enough good things. Amazing, versatile, solid, bullet proof 'Rack, Smith, Trainer'. Folks answered emails very quickly. Amazing company and product. So many extras came with it. So much for the money, its crazy...

Machine arrived quickly. Assembly was relatively easy. Instructions could use more details on cable routing. Once set up the machine comes with everything you need for a solid workout. Dips, rows, lat pull downs, land mines. All you need is a bench, bar and some plates and your all set. The Smith works well and it gets used more we thought we would.

I waited 6 months before writing this review because I wanted to give an honest opinion after real use, and I can confidently say the Maxum S-150 has been an excellent machine. It's easily one of the best purchases I've made this vear The build quality is outstanding - very solid stable, and durable. Even after months of reqular workouts, everything still feels smooth ang sturdy like day one. Nothing rattles, nothing feels cheap, and the machine gives a very professional, commercial-gym feel at home t's versatile, comfortable to use, and perfect for full-body training. The quality you get for the price is honestly impressive. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. Every interaction I had with the Maxum team was professional, helpful, and quick. Because of this experience, anything else I need for my gym setup, I'I1 definitely be buying from Maxum again. Highly recommended

I bought the X3 88.5" height model with the new Mutant Arms and 1:1 pulley system. After spending many years training in commercial gyms, I wanted the ability to get serious workouts in at home — and this rack has completed my home gym perfectly. I spent months researching machines from various manufacturers, and the X3 came out on top in every category. This is truly a gym-quality rack with an extremely heavy-duty 3x3 construction. You will be hard-pressed to find another machine that is as capable or versatile as this one. One of the biggest advantages is the weight stack setup. Most functional trainers come up short on available resistance, but the X3 is equipped with more than enough weight thanks to its 2:1, 1:1, and even 1:2 pulley ratios. If you still need more than 440 lbs, you can also add plates directly to the weight horns. I’ve been using the machine for about two months now and have been able to do everything — and more — than I could at the gym. My wife and daughter also use the rack, and the counterbalanced Smith bar makes it very easy and comfortable for them to use as well. I would strongly recommend the Maxum X3 Functional Trainer to anyone looking for a serious piece of equipment for their home gym.

Maxum customer service is excellent. We thought a part was missing during assembly and we contacted them via email. We found the missing part about 10 minutes after I emailed them. They responded the next day to get more information and I let them know it was my mistake. Assembly was pretty straightforward. We assembled about 50% and realized we wanted to move it a bit so we disassembled and reassembled within about 90 minutes. The machine itself is excellent. We have used it quite a bit over the last 3 months and find the quality to be outstanding and easy to move between exercises. Overall, the price is high but the quality matches the price and the customer service is very good.
