
Preorder Policy
MAXUM fitness allows preorders to enable highly motivated customers to secure the equipment they want before it’s in stock. Unlike some other retailers that allow preorders perpetually, we only allow preorders for products that are in transit to our warehouse with an estimated in stock date.
Orders with preordered items will normally be shipped together once all the preordered items are in stock. If you want items that are in stock to ship out first, then they need to made in a separate order, which in some cases may result in the certain discounts and promotions from being excluded.
Availability Date
The availability date specified on the product page is the estimated latest date when the product will become available. MAXUM fitness makes no promise about this date as unforeseen shipping delays can occur. However, we make a conservative estimate and we determine the availability date once the shipment is in transit so we’re very confident that the shipment will arrive on or before this date.
Any change to the availability date on the product page will not be related to your preorder unless it is communicated to you via an email update. Product availability dates can change as a result of subsequent preorder shipments unrelated to yours.
Cancelling Preorders
Preorders can be cancelled at any time for a refund less the 2.9% credit card transaction fee if paid by credit card. To cancel your order, simply contact us by replying back to your order email.
Order Updates
Once a preorder is in stock, we will send out an order processing email. Orders are processed for shipping within 2-5 business days in most cases depending on the number of preorders that beed to be processed. An email will be sent out when your order has been processed followed by a final order complete email when your order has shipped out.
