I am really quite satisfied with this bench & attachment, especially for the price. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it isn't perfect and I am old school. There are some things that could be improved in the design. These are my suggested improvements:
1 - when you load the leg extension & curl, the bench is a tad unbalanced. I believe it is because all the weight is on let extension side, but also because the wheels are a bit off the ground in this case. Perhaps the wheels could be raised a bit, but it may make it harder to lift and move around
2 - they should supply a band or a clip to keep the extension & curl attachment in place, so that you can just leave it for when you are decline bench pressing instead of having to switch it out for the leg holder.
3 - They supplied an attachment handle to help move the bench, but it is too much effort to keep moving attaching & detaching. I like to leave the leg extension in place, but then moving is more complex. That should be sorted out. BTW, if you leave the bench flat it would be nice to lock it in, so that you can lift it from the other end. Right now, you always have to lift from the "leg end".
