This is a must have for anyone serious about arm strength and size.

If you’re purchasing this for a bench other than the MAXUM fitness FID-400, then please make sure it will fit your bench. The tube on this attachment is 2 x 2 inches and will not fit benches that uses a 2 x 2 inch tube.
