    I was not totally sure about this product, but I pulled the trigger anyway. I've been using this elliptical now for 3 months without missing a day. I started with the sport 1 setting then progressed to level 16 on the sport 2 setting. I get an amazing workout in just 20 minutes. I'm 6'4" and was 297 lbs at the end of Dec and now at the end of Feb I and down to 274 lbs - I have transformed my diet as well but I know the habit of doing the elliptical everyday helps me keep going. I would totally recommend this product and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

    I am a woman 5'6 & 130 lbs. and I assembled it myself in a few hours. Some parts for assembly definitely needed 2 people but I got the job down. I do recommend this Elliptical as it gives a good workout.

    I bought this elliptical during the pandemic, when my gym was closed and I was cooking so much at home that I knew I needed a dependable way to exercise. The machine was fairly easy to assemble, and works pretty well...not as smooth as the machines at my gym, but a good workout. I would recommend it, but don't have unrealistic expectations: for the price, you aren't going to get the same quality that you'd have at a "real" gym, but it is a legitimate alternative when you can't get to the gym.
