1. I can load it up to 700 lb without being worried about the weight capacity
2. Multi station capable of a full body routine
3. All the components are higher quality than the competition
4. Excellent configuration for fast supersets (no Smith Olympic bar mechanism on the way)
5. Low ceiling profile
6. Sold at a reasonable price
What about the bench: I give a score of 4 out of 5 because of the exceptional quality and stability. The padding is thick, the mechanism for incline and decline is easy to use and sturdy. The attachment pack for legs and biceps is a must. You can do leg curl, leg extension and preacher biceps curl easily. Only down side: the weird leg curl cushion attachment that makes it almost impossible to do a lying leg curl since it's too far for the feet to be able to lift the weight plates. But beside this negative aspect, the FID-400 bench is perfect.
PLUS the customer service is exceptional! Bob was very much comprehensive and arrange me a full package according to my needs.
