The MAXUM AB5 Adjustable Bench is our toughest bench using 11 gauge steel. It’s a commercial grade bench designed for home use. It super sturdy when it’s flat due to a fixed post design. It does flat, incline and decline with 9 back positions and 4 seat positions.
The adjustable and removable leg hold for decline at the top of the back pad allows you to decline at greater angles than the typical 20 degrees, which makes it great for declined sit ups. A leg extension and curl attachment and preacher curl attachment will be released sometime in the near future, so stay tuned for these attachments.
