    It's exactly what you would want from a bar. It weighs 33lbs, strong, the sleeves don't roll around, good grip. It comes with 2 clamps. It's just like a bar you'd use at the gym but 6ft instead of standard 7ft. The 1ft difference is taken off the sleeves so the part you actually grip doesnt change. I'm happy with it
