    I bought these arms thinking they would be a nice to have for my new functional trainer. Boy was I wrong! They are a MUST have, they work so much better than the rods. Highly suggest you get these! Oh yeah, the build quality is very good!

    I bought them initially for overhead presses, they worked great. They provide a 2' deck so that you can effectively do the overhead press without having to move other bar supports and get the bar out of the way of the chin-up handles. But there are so many other applications such as Rack Pulls, Barbell curls, etc.
